So, we’re still on the search for a venue. We need the venue before we send the save-the-dates. I believe the right one will show up.
We also opted to cancel our scheduled engagement photo session because 1) we had a lot to do, and 2) the photographer’s communication wasn’t up to our standards for the price she wanted to charge.
We do have other photographers to inquire with.

Emelie and I ran our first outdoor art market last weekend. That took a ton of work before and after. We’ve done two indoor markets before, but a large outdoor market was new for us. We’re also looking for our first market specific to art – which takes some time to get into. And we’re inquiring about certain farmer’s markets that customers told us about at the outdoor market we were at. The market and the marketing around it led to several commissions that Emelie is working through. Building two businesses, planning a wedding, traveling, and having day jobs is quite the journey. But we’re enjoying it.
